[Englecturers] plagiarism query

Does anyone recognize this opening sentence?  This is the same student as "on 
the beach"; I have some hard evidence on a 10-point informal assignment but 
not yet on one of the major essays.

In the afternoon, when the short hand on the clock strikes 3 and the long 
hand hits the 6, a black belt 6th Dan (stripe) walks into a Tae Kwon Do studio 
located on the street of Rosemead Boulevard. Across from K-mart, in the far 
back, you can see a blue studio with a sign saying Chin Woo Quan Tae Kwon Do 
Academy.
