<div dir="ltr"><div>Hello UCR Researchers,</div><div><br></div><div>Our 12 Months of Research Safety topic this month is Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).  It covers the basics of PPE, including minimum requirements working in a lab, as well as information about changes to our PPE Spot Check program.  Our overall PPE compliance between October and December 2025 was 46%, so as a campus we can use a refresher on best practices to improve safety for 2026.  Let us know if you have any ideas for how we can work together to improve PPE usage across campus.</div><div><br></div><div>
