[EHSResearchers] 12 Months of Research Safety - Container Labeling

Hello UCR Researchers,

October's 12 Months of Research Safety topic is on Container Labeling.  We
had two recent incidents that were related to labeling, so we wanted to
share with the research community to learn from them and work safer.  In
both cases no one was injured, but both had the potential for serious
impacts. We discussed these incidents with the Lab Safety Contact group
today, so your delegate or PI may have more information they can share if
you have questions.
