Dear UCR Research Community,

EH&S would like to welcome you to EHSResearcher listserv. This listserv is intended to be one method for EH&S to distribute information directly to researchers at UCR.

EH&S is introducing its first series of “12 Months of Research Safety”, which will focus on a variety of topics, including laboratory safety, chemical inventory, personal protective equipment, proper handling of waste, disposal practices, workplace safety, occupational health and wellness, and other training and educational information.

Our first topic for March 2021 is Chemical Inventory. Please see the attached to learn more about why chemical inventory management is important and to understand your responsibilities to maintain and certify your inventory.

Should you have any questions, would like to be added/removed from the listserve, please do not hesitate to contact us at ehslaboratory at ucr.edu<mailto:ehslaboratory at ucr.edu> or 951-827-5528.
