I hope the start of this new academic year is treating you well!

The EDGE Institute is planning a fall mixer at the Stable (
https://dining.ucr.edu/the-stable) on *Friday, November 14 from 3-5 pm*.
Please mark your calendars and watch for an email request to RSVP soon.

Last year the EDGE Institute was on a bit of a hiatus and we did not host
our annual spring symposium. As Director, I am hoping to rejuvenate EDGE
this year with additional activities to build connections and opportunities
to collaborate for faculty, postdocs, and graduate students interested in
sustainability and the environment. Please share this email widely within
your departments or other campus networks, especially with anyone new to
campus within the past few years.

The EDGE fall mixer will be a chance to catch up with or meet colleagues
with similar interests. Please join!
