[DUC] DUC8 - Call for Volunteers

[Dance Under Construction .]

Hello.  Dance Under Construction 8 is rapidly
approaching and we are looking for volunteers to help
ensure that this event runs smoothly.   We need people
to run the registration table (2-3pm on Friday April
7th, 9-10am on Saturday April 8th).  We also need
hosts for each space during the panel presentations. 
These hosts would be responsible for helping the
presenters with any audio-visual equipment.  We will
also need ushers for Friday's event in the Performance
Lab.  There will be a production meeting the week of
the conference where each role and its
responsibilities will be discussed.  Any time that you
can offer for DUC will be greatly appreciated.  The
conference schedule is posted on our website -

detailed schedule will be available the first week of
April.  

This conference is a collaborative effort and an
opportunity for us to work together as a department
and as a community.  We look forward to hearing from
you soon.
