[DUC] meeting

Hello.  We hope you all are doing well.  We are unable
to meet tomorrow, but we're hoping to schedule a
meeting for this Friday afternoon instead.  We would
like to touch base with each committee - Publicity,
Financial, Logistics and continue to discuss
scheduling and Event Planning.  Please let us know if
