Dear Data Science Directors,

Good afternoon! I hope this email finds you well. My name is Brian Tran 
and I am the Graduate Student Representative and Treasurer for the 
Statistics Graduate Student Association (GSA). I am reaching out to 
present a program that may be of interest for the Data Science department.

I am happy to announce that the Orange County/Long Beach Chapter of the 
American Statistical Association (OCLB ASA) will be having their 2023 
Career Day on *Saturday, February 25th, 9AM - 1PM* at the *McCarthy Hall 
Black Family Terrace  at CSU Fullerton*! There will be mock interviews, 
networking opportunities and information about graduate school for 
students in the statistics and data science fields. Whether a student is 
currently in data science or would like to change careers into data 
science, representatives from companies such as HINER & Partners Inc., 
Kelly Statistical Consulting, Oracle will be offering mock interviews 
and providing information about their hiring process! The event is 
*free* and will also include a keynote presentation on what 
statisticians and data scientists can contribute to the health care fields.

event with students and anyone else who may be interested in the Data
