CALL FOR SUBMISSIONS:  Become a bastard
 
PRINT ORIENTED BASTARDS is an independent press looking to publish unsolicited, original work from emerging writers and artists. Submissions are accepted year round, but the deadline for our spring issue is January 5, 2012. Genres include fiction, nonfiction, poetry, and artwork.
 
Please include a cover letter with your name, postal address, email address, submission title(s), and a short, publishable bio. Submit up to 5 poems, 15 pages of prose (double-spaced), or 7 pieces of art. Online submissions must be in Word Document or PDF format. Art submissions must be submitted as high-resolution files. Please keep in mind that the journal is published in color. Submit work to:
