A Noise Within is now accepting applications for Spring 2012 Professional Internships:

A Noise Within (ANW), the acclaimed classical repertory theatre company, launches its milestone 2011-12 Season and 20th Anniversary in its permanent new home, a 33,000 square-foot, state-of-the-art venue in Pasadena.
 
A Noise Within proudly offers a Professional Internship Program designed to provide early-career artists with intensive training (acting, voice, speech, textual analysis, etc.), as well as performance and production opportunities in classical repertory theatre. The Spring Internship Program runs from January 23-May23, 2012.
 
ACTING INTERNS: Acting interns are cast in a supporting role in one or more plays during the season, receive over 100 hours of professional training, and gain hands-on experience in technical theatre. Acting internships are best suited for those on a part-time class schedule or for those who have recently graduated, local to Los Angeles County.

PRODUCTION AND DIRECTING INTERNS: Production and Directing interns gain experience in his or her specific field of interest through one-on-one partnerships with the directors and creative artists working in the company. Production internships are offered in costuming, sets and lighting design. The internship is personalized to meet the needs of
each student.
 
ADMINISTRATIVE INTERNS: Administrative interns may specialize in development, education, or marketing administration
