We're trying to pack the room with folks, especially since one of the
council said, Nobody cares about this issue, except a very small community
of Chinese. Who cares?

We want to prove them wrong. There's already a bulldozer on the site, even
before the council has voted. Each member of the public has 3 minutes where
they can voice their opinion on the topic.

SAVE CHINATOWN
6:30 pm Tuesday, October 7, 2008
City Council Meeting

City Hall - Art Pick Council Chamber
3900 Main Street, Riverside

The site of Riverside's Chinatown at Brockton and Tequesquite Avenues is on
the verge of being developed and may be lost forever.

The City Council will vote on the proposed plan to place a medical office
building squarely on top of the archaeological remains.

Support the local community effort to preserve Chinatown by attending the
city council meeting!
