[Cwgrad-announcements] Short Story Writer & Poet Kirk Nesset at UCR Thursday

Kirk Nesset,  short story writer, poet and Pushcart Prizewinner, will  
read Thursday, Nov. 13 at 3:30 p.m. in INTS 1128 as the last fall  
quarter guest of the Department of Creative Writing's Reading Series.

Nesset is author of two books of short stories, Paradise Road (winner  
of the 2009 Drue Heinz Literary Prize) and the forthcoming Mr.  
Agreeable and of The Stories of Raymond Carver (1995).  His stories,  
poems and translations have appeared in The Paris Review,  
Ploughshares, The Southern Review, The Kenyon Review, the Iowa  
Review, Prairie Schooner and elsewhere.
