FYI -

Undergraduate, graduate, professional, and international students have 
mandatory insurance plans that are automatically included in your student fees.

If you wish to use health insurance you currently possess, please complete 
the waiver form available at the web link below before the deadline or you 
will be debited the insurance fee.

ALL UNIVERSITY OF CALIFORNIA students must have health insurance!!!!
