[Cwgrad-announcements] Attention Playwrights! Rules regarding the KCACTF

That's the Kennedy Center American College Theatre Festival.

We're hoping to get some UCR students involved this year, so read this 
over carefully if you might be interested in sending your work in for 
the competition. There are many categories, and good prizes.

As a read it, according to paragraph five of the rules, even if you're 
graduating this year, so long as you were a full time student (grad or 
undergrad) when the play was written, you're eligible.
