[Cwgrad-announcements] Congratulations to Niel

Please join me in congratulating Neil Aitken. His poetry manuscript, 
The Lost Country of Sight, placed as a
semi-finalist in the University of Wisconsin Press Poetry Series which 
had over 900 entries this year. While this is not a publication,
it is an encouraging step forward for Neil.
