Details below:</div><div><br></div><div><b><u>TFDP’s 12th ANNUAL SMARTPHONE FILM FESTIVAL</u></b><br><i><u>RULES</u></i>:
</div><div>1) Submitted films must be recorded entirely on a smartphone. <br>2) Recording on tablets or other cameras is not permitted. <br>3) Sound recording and editing can be completed on other equipment if desired. <br>4) Films must be R-rated or below and no longer than 5 minutes in length.
