*Subject: New SEHE 106S class on Movements & Advocacy*

Dear students,

Are you interested in social movements, equity, and/or environmental and
community health? If so, this course below is for you! Students of all
majors & undeclared majors are welcome to enroll in this class, which has
NO prerequisites.

*SEHE 106S: Movements and Advocacy in Environment and Health is now open
for enrollment for Fall 2024.* This class provides an overview of
contemporary, comparative, and historical research on social and political
movements, including legal and policy advocacy, health equity,
sustainability, and environmental justice. Examines the motivations for,
visions, and context shaping these movements. Examines movement and
advocacy outcomes, challenges, and opportunities for promoting Health
equity and Environmental Justice.
