Dear Poets and Writers,

There’s still time to apply for scholarship consideration to the 2025
Juniper Summer Writing Institute! Scholarship applications close next
week, *January
5*. There is no fee to apply. This year’s institute takes place from *June
15-21, 2025*. The deadline for general, self-pay applications is in a
little over a month, on *February 5, 2025*.

This summer, we will offer seven workshops in poetry and prose. A range of
craft sessions across all genres, along with readings, Q&As, and manuscript
consultations will offer participants opportunities for deepening their
craft. This year *Tiana Clark*, *Safia Elhillo* and *Sam Sax* will offer
workshops in poetry. *‘Pemi Aguda*, *Jessica Anthony*, and *Jeff Parker*
will offer workshops in fiction. *T Kira Māhealani Madden* will offer a
workshop in creative nonfiction. Poets and writers visiting throughout the
week include *Shastri Akella*, *Dur e Aziz Amna*, *Abigail Chabitnoy*, *Noor
Hindi*, *Annie Liontas*, and *Maggie Millner*. Complete program details are
