We won’t have a faculty meeting next Monday, as it is the first day of the quarter and the start of the program review.<br class="">
We are scheduled to meet with Dean Uhrich on Monday April 10. I’m attaching a draft CNAS Academic Plan that the Dean will be asking us for feedback on. She sent this out to all faculty in January. I present it without comment.<br class="">

To facilitate getting your feedback, I would like to collect comments in advance of the meeting. I realize some of you may be reluctant to speak up in the meeting, although I encourage you all to do so. As another mechanism to collect feedback, you can submit
comments here: https://forms.gle/7qf3V9LKtQqMSfnu6 and I will summarize them. The form asks for names so that I can keep track of who is responding, but I can convey them anonymously in the meeting if needed. I think we will also be asked to provide a written
dept. response after the meeting.<br class="">

In other news, the deadline for submitting our academic plan/position requests has been extended to May 15, so we have a bit more time.
