1.  Discussion of faculty meeting remote option

2.  Alan McHughen Emeritus appointment -
Alan retired 7/1/23.  Emeritus status is automatically granted only to faculty with Academic Senate appointments.  Because CE faculty are not Academic Senate members, we must vote on recommending Alan for Emeritus status.  I attach his CV and publication list.
