PLANNED SHUTDOWN NOTIFICATION

DATE & TIME
•   Tuesday, May 30 from 5:15 am to 7:30 am for all listed buildings.
•   Saturday, June 3 from 4:00 am to 6:00 am for all listed buildings.
•   Saturday, June 3 from 4:00 am to 8:00 pm for Batchelor Hall and Keen Hall.
•   Tuesday, May 30 from 5:15 am until Saturday, June 3 at 8:00 pm for Batchelor Hall, south wing.

WHAT TO EXPECT
There will be no power during these times. Electrical equipment, lights, and elevators will be impacted.
PURPOSE A power shutdown is required to replace electrical equipment and bring in new generator power for the Batchelor Hall construction project.

Occupants with sensitive research equipment should take the following precautions:
•         If you have sensitive research equipment or systems you know can be impacted by power interruption and you have not connected them to uninterrupted power devices (UPS) and surge protectors, please plan to disconnect and turn off equipment for the duration to avoid any damage.
