ALL BATCHELOR HALL OCCUPANTS AND DEPARTMENT LEADERSHIP,



Please be advised that the following activities will be occurring at the Batchelor Hall Building for the week of June 26, 2023 through June 30, 2023.



            Site, Roof and Basement:

·         HHW in Basement, Demo.  Expect Welding Odor.

·         Chilled Water Controls Installation.

·         Start Up of Equipment, Flushing Lines.

·         Installation of Electrical Panels, Conduit Runs and Pulling Wire. Expect Drilling Noise.



Area A (Main Building):

·            Installing Fire Sprinklers in Rooms and Corridors.

·            Installing Lights in Corridors.

·            Install Anchors for Conduit Runs. Expect Drilling Noise.

·            Installing Piping in Mechanical Chase.  Expect Welding Smell.

·            Demo of Fume Hood Exhaust in Mechanical Chase.



Phase II:

·            Installation for Mechanical Duct Work.  Expect Loud Drilling Noise on the 4th Floor Lobby.

·            Patching of Walls at 4th Floor Lobby.

·            Installing Duct Work in Mechanical Chase.  Expect Welding Odor.

·            Install Mechanical Piping Risers in Mechanical Chase.  Expect Welding Odor.

·            Coring Concrete at Stair for Fire Sprinkler Piping.

·            Install Fire Alarm.

·            Installing and Testing of Fire Sprinklers.

·            Installing T-Bar in Corridors.



Area B (South Building):

·            Punch Walks and Repairs.
