ALL Purchase Orders
As previously communicated<https://drive.google.com/file/d/143M93-oqLbWYBmsljtdfGPWlBiQRmwoc/view?usp=drive_link>, effective June 22 eBuy will be retired as our current procurement application.
June 22 - July 4
Blackout Period
In order to convert orders into our new system there will be a blackout period from June 22 - July 4. To accommodate critical research our department will be processing essential purchases only during this time. Orders WILL NOT be accepted via email, please submit a request using the online form.
We ask that you limit your orders during this time and focus on completing the required training modules in the UC Learning LMS System outlined below.
July 5
New orders must be submitted through Oracle beginning on July 5. Access to this application will be provisioned once all required trainings are completed. To request access please submit a request using our online form and be prepared to upload your certificates of completion.

  *   UCR Chart of Accounts
  *   Reporting Tools & Dashboards
  *   Oracle: Financial Boundary Systems & Tools

  *   Oracle: Buying and Paying
