ALL BATCHELOR HALL OCCUPANTS AND DEPARTMENT LEADERSHIP,



Please be advised that the following activities will be occurring at the Batchelor Hall Building for the week of September 5, 2022, through September 9, 2022.



            Site, Roof and Basement:

·            Research and Identification of Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing Piping.

·            Install Plumbing Piping.

·            Prepping for Heating Hot Water Exchanger.

·            Placing Chilled Water Base and Pumps

·            Chilled Water Piping Demo

·            Replacement of Concrete Pads for Equipment.

·            Installing Temporary Cooling Units in Basement.



Area A (Main Building):

·            Install Anchors for Conduit Runs in Basement.

·            Install Plumbing Piping in Basement.

·            Preparation and Planning for Mechanical Piping Systems.

·            Installing Plumbing and Electrical in Room 2163.

·            Research in Rooms for Planning Duct Routing.



Area B (South Building):

·            Install Conduit in Corridors for New Lights.

·            Install Fire Alarm in Labs.

·            Install New Ductwork.

·            Insulation of Ductwork.

·            Install Fume Hood Exhaust.

·            Installing Ductwork on Roof.

·            Installing Exhaust Fans on Roof.
