ALL BATCHELOR HALL OCCUPANTS AND DEPARTMENT LEADERSHIP,



Please be advised that the following activities will be occurring at the Batchelor Hall Building for the week of October 10, 2022, through October 14, 2022.



            Site, Roof and Basement:

·          Research and Identification of Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing Piping.

·          Install Plumbing Piping.

·          Prepping for Heating Hot Water Exchanger.

·          Chilled Water Piping Install.

·          Install DI Water Skid.

·          Install New Chilled Water Temp Pump.

·          Abatement in Basement Duct and Piping.

·          Electrical Panels and Conduit Runs.

·          Place Equipment Pad for Condensate Pump.

·          Digging in Planter Area at Parking Lot 11 for Electrical Underground.



Area A (Main Building):

·          Install Anchors for Conduit Runs in Basement.

·          Install Plumbing Piping in Basement.

·          Preparation and Planning for Mechanical Piping Systems.

·          Installing Plumbing and Electrical in Room 2163.

·          Research in Rooms for Planning Duct Routing.



Area B (South Building):

·          Install Conduit in Corridors for New Lights.

·          Install Fire Alarm in Labs.

·          Insulation of Ductwork.

·          Installing Ductwork on Roof.
