The file is also attached. Note that there is some language required by the campus - that is indicated in red.

Please take a few minutes to review, and make any comments either on the Google doc, on the attached file, or send them to me by email.  I would like to get this sent off for approvals as soon as possible, so please try to look at this by noon tomorrow, and let me know if you are able to vote to approve, or if you would like to have a meeting to discuss.  If people are ok with voting, we’ll do a vote by email, using a google form.
