[Corebotanyfaculty] Entertainment Meal Rates

Good Morning,

Please see the attached meal rates.  We have seen an increase in business meetings and hosting speakers this quarter since the pandemic.  Just as reminder please be aware of the maximum per person meal rates.  If you go over these rates it does require a justification for going over the maximum rate and exceptional approval from the CNAS Deans office and a possibility of not being reimbursed your full out of pocket expenses.

Please feel free to reach out to Jackie Quinonez or Jennifer Reising before going out to lunch or dinner with a speaker or guest to ensure you will be reimbursed your full out of pocket expenses.

Also, as a reminder No Alcohol can be reimbursed.
