ALL BATCHELOR HALL OCCUPANTS AND DEPARTMENT LEADERSHIP,

Please be advised that following activities will be occurring at the Batchelor Hall Building for the week of April 25, 2022 through April 29, 2022.

            Site, Roof and Basement:

*         Research and Identification of Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing Piping.

*         Grading for New Exterior Pad Mounted Transformer.

*         Rebar Installation for Transformer

*         Saw Cut to Prepare for Concrete Removal


Area A (Main Building):

*         Infill of Plumbing Trench

*         Form and Place Concrete Pads for New Equipment

*         Prepare for Demo of Air Handler Unit in Basement.

Area B (South Building):

*         Conduit in Corridors for New Lights

*         Prepare for New Roof Drains

*         Removal of Main Duct Line Mechanical Room 3rd Floor
