The draft ad hoc letters are now available for all files.  I am sorry for the delay in their availability.

We will also discuss and vote on the appointment of Janet Franklin as Professor of the Graduate Division after she retires from UCR.  That file is attached.

If you can’t attend the meeting, please vote in advance.  I will send the links to the ballots on google forms later today.
