Dear all,

If you are having pipettes services at the event below, please use the following instructions to submit your order request through Oracle. These steps MUST be completed for the vendor to release your pipettes and generate a PO for the vendor to invoice against:

  1.  Once your pipettes have been calibrated, the vendor will email you the service quote.
  2.  Please submit an order request using the non-Catalog requisition form under 10K, and attach the quote.
     *   Make sure the line items on the order request match the line items on the quote EXACTLY (DO NOT LUMP TOGETHER LINE ITEMS - your request will be returned)
     *   Choose me (Pastucha, Tara) as the Buyer
  3.  Once you have submitted your order requisition, you can take the UCRR# to the reps and your pipettes will be released to you.
  4.  I will email the purchase order copies directly to Danielle for processing.

Please join us tomorrow for Day 2 of the Gilson Pipette Calibration (September 12-14, 9 AM – 4 PM) in Spieth Hall 1208. We will be offering free pizza around noon.

Details and pricing for calibration services can be found on the attached flyer. Any brand of pipette can be serviced!

In addition to pipette servicing, Gilson is also offering special promotions including PIPETTE TRADE-INS for any brand of pipette (working or not working) starting at just $179. Please see the attached flyer for more details. Tips will be on promo as well, and we will have samples on hand - so this will be a great opportunity to try them out and stock up.

We still have some room for additional appointments – so please let me know if you’d like to sign up and the number of pipettes to be serviced.
