Dear All,

To help navigate through the Oracle Financials Purchasing system Robin, Sergio, and Tara will be hosting office hours starting tomorrow 8/24/2023 through 12/20/2023. Please utilize this time to ask any questions you may have. As a reminder, we are all navigating through the system together and if there is an issue that cannot be resolved, please follow up with an email and screenshot so the team can reach out to the necessary people.  There will also be breakout rooms for those who may have similar topics.  Please schedule an appointment with the front desk at emnadmin at ucr.edu<mailto:emnadmin at ucr.edu> if the office hours do not work for you. If you still need to gain access to the system for purchasing, please contact me or Sherice. We will provide you with the necessary training information and grant access once training has been completed.
