[CNASEMC] [eeoball] party at my house on Sept 30 (potluck / BBQ)

Dear EEOB,

as in past years, I'm having a party at my house on Saturday Sept. 30.
This is a 2-part event.  The first part is for my lab; we will be catching
and banding hummingbirds, as training for new students. Anyone is welcome
to come early to see us in action & hummingbirds in the hand, if you would
like.  Come at 4:00 or 4:30 to see this (and let me know to expect you).
Also this part is subject to change if there is a heat wave that day.

For everyone: Potluck BBQ at my house on Sept 30, starting at 5:00  I will
have meat and vegetables for grilling, and the calamondin
<https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Calamansi>margaritas will make a
reappearance, from fruit sourced from campus.

Kids welcome, ours are 9 and 12; there's a big trampoline, a playhouse and
chickens

Please RSVP so I have an idea of numbers, but if your plans change and you
can make it, don't let a lack of RSVP keep you away.

Please bring something to share & let me know food type (e.g. dessert,
salad, etc).

Others outside of EEOB are welcome, such as members of entomology or
botany. Also I don't know if incoming EEOB graduate students are on this
list yet, please make sure they know they are welcome
