Hello! My friend at Alight Riverside (https://alight-riverside.com/) is
looking to transfer their apartment lease. The lease is for a bedroom space
and adjoining bathroom located within an apartment shared with 3 other
students. Common areas include a kitchen and living area, and the building
also has 24/7 gym, bundled amenities, local wifi, a pool, and is within
walking distance of UCR. One parking spot is included as well.
The lease is good through August 26th, 2023. An ideal move-in time for the
applicant is late March to early April.
Rent is $900-965, depending if the complex will allow the previous tenant's
deal to be kept.
