This upgrade is taking place from 2:00 AM on Saturday, January 23, until 5:00 PM on Sunday, January 24. <o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='color:#393B41'> <o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><b><span style='color:#393B41'>During the maintenance window licensed ServiceLink users are encouraged to refrain from making any changes or updates within the ServiceLink platform. </span></b><span style='color:#393B41'>While ServiceLink features are expected to be available, some fulfillment features may experience issues until the upgrade validation process is complete.
