Dear colleagues,

There are only a few days left to register for the 2025 UC Tech Annual
Conference, happening from June 25-27 at UC Riverside The Barn/Stable and
Riverside Convention Center. Secure your seat at this in-person only event
(no hybrid or virtual option). The last day to register is this Friday, May
16.

Registration Process

   -

   Registration is a two-part process. To be fully registered, you must
   complete the registration form on the UC Tech website and the payment
   form on STOVA.
   -
         -

         At the end of the registration form, click “Continue to Payment”
         to go to the payment form. All attendees, including those who have
         received a complimentary registration code, must complete the
payment form.
         -

         On the payment form landing page, click “New Registration” to
         finalize your payment. Enter the same email address that you used
         on the registration form.
         -

   Once you have completed the payment form, you will receive two emails:
   one confirming your registration and the other confirming your payment. See
   your registration confirmation email for instructions on how to modify your
   submitted registration form.

Plan Your Trip

   -

   Travel and accommodation are not included in the registration fee, and
   will need to be secured separately.
   -

   Choose a hotel within our discounted block.

   cut-off reservation date to book with our discounted rate.

   Determine your travel plans. <https://uctech2025.ucr.edu/travel> If you
   are traveling from afar, we highly recommend flying into the Ontario
   International Airport and ridesharing to the venues.
