   presentation. Once we receive this confirmation, we will send you an email
   with your presenter code. Primary presenters have their registration fee
   waived. If you are part of a panel, only one presenter may use the discount
   code.
   - After you complete the form, you will receive a confirmation email
   with a registration record link and reference number.
   - To modify your registration, you will need your reference number.
