[CITL] Upcoming Network Maintenance

Please be advised that on Friday August 9, 2024 from 6:00 - 8:00 PM,
Facilities will be performing maintenance on the School of Medicine
Generator.

This maintenance is being performed to address overdue scheduled
maintenance as well as replace a faulty part within the Generator.

After the maintenance is completed, a test will be performed on the
Automatic Transfer Switch. This test verifies that in the event of a power
outage, the Generator will be engaged after the UPS transfers the power.

This test should not cause a Network Outage. In the event that that power
is disrupted to the Data Center, ITS will be on call to perform mitigation
on the equipment.
