[CITL] Upcoming Network Maintenance Wednesday September 4, 2024- Thursday September 5, 2024

5, 2024

Please be advised that on Wednesday September 4, 2024 from 10:00 PM -
Thursday September 5 at 2AM, ITS Network Services will be upgrading the
code on the LAX3 Border Firewalls.

There is no expected outage of production services. While we do not expect
any service interruptions, if there is a catastrophic failure during
upgrade, server farm traffic at LAX3 and traffic to AWS and GCP would be
impacted.  In the unlikely event that this were to occur, the code can be
moved back to the original version.

This maintenance is being performed to address a recently identified bug.
