Subject: Upcoming Planned Maintenance – Campus Network

Good Morning,

Friday February 17, 2023 10:00 PM – 1:00 AM Saturday February 18, 2023

Affecting Campus Network

Please be advised that the Campus Network will be intermittently unavailable from 10:00 PM Friday February 17, 2023 – 1:00 AM Saturday February 18, 2023.
This planned maintenance is required to establish connectivity at LAX3 to internet 2 for GCP/AWS. There are two links that carry all of the network traffic. One link will be upgraded at a time starting at 10:00 PM on Friday February 17, 2023, with the second link completing by 1:00 AM on Saturday February 18, 2023. One link at a time is being upgraded to ensure that there is network connectivity throughout the upgrade. The maintenance event dates and times were selected to ensure minimal potential impact to campus operations and events.
