[CITL] Campus Support Escalation

Hello CITL Members,

I wanted to share with you that Emily Gordon, our Associate Director of Campus Support, has accepted a position outside of UCR.  We wish Emily well on the next phase of her journey!  I will be backfilling Emily's position but in the meantime if you need to escalate a campus support issue, please reach out to Adam Booker, our Campus Support Manager (email listed above) or myself.  We are available via email, slack or teams messaging.
