[CITL] July Meeting Cancelled

Dear CITL,

Please note I’ve cancelled the July meeting. There were no pressing topics, and several folks have indicated that they are out this week.

We’ll have our August meeting as planned, and will be using that time to continue to dialog on how we want to change the format of CITL long term.
