I wanted to let you know that Karen Cunningham has taken on a new role effective today within ITS in advance of her retirement this fall. In the interim, I’ve asked Sheri Morgan to serve as Associate Director for Network Engineering and Operations, and Julie Slusser to serve as Manager of Network Operations. They will be your contacts for network questions going forward.
