Hi All,

This email is a follow up and check-in regarding the vhost Service: User Acceptance Testing initiated on April 30, 2021. Thank you to those who have started to test and remediate websites as needed. Please continue to log any issues on the  [cid:f666493b-9d6f-4b86-816c-950b602891b9]  UAT Issue Tracking Document<https://o365ucr.sharepoint.com/:x:/t/DrupalWebAdvisoryGroup/ER31UR3K7aJAsKaiqSMSm_oBMiEFnHFQcuWhTN3odK_AxA?e=qjh2P8> so that our team can investigate, troubleshoot, and assist where possible. A few reminders:

  *   Any content changes made to the current production site must be replicated in the staging environment as the staging environment will become the new production instance during go-live. All sites to undergo this process are listed at https://vhostsites.ucr.edu

     *   Clients who have tested their staging site can opt to cutover to the AWS environment early, ahead of the proposed August go live. To do this, please Request a Systems Service<https://ucrsupport.service-now.com/ucr_portal/?id=sc_cat_item&sys_id=1ee50eb10f5a0300138942bce1050e5f> and indicate your site URL(s) and preferred date of cutover.

Additionally, we can provide an update on the archival of the campus Omni Update service. All OU campus websites will be transitioned to an archived state (no longer publicly accessible) on Wednesday June 30, 2021. Please ensure that you reach out to Michelle Tabula if you have any questions/concerns regarding content retention. For your convenience, the list of sites to be included in the archival can be found below.
