Dear Banner Users,

Please be advised that there is an upcoming Banner maintenance event<https://techalerts.ucr.edu/pages/maintenance/5967bcc208eee84e0e0028b6/6092d2d2d647cc052f6664e9> scheduled for 6:00 AM (PST) on Saturday, May 22 through 11:59 PM on Sunday, May 23. This period of disruption is being scheduled for a planned maintenance to update the technical infrastructure which will cause Banner and Banner dependent services to be unavailable.

Components impacted by this maintenance include: Advisor Student Profile, Banner Admin, Banner AppNavigator, Banner Document Management, Banner Registration, Banner Self Service, Banner Student Profile, DegreeWorks, EduNav, MyAccount, Photo Roster, UCR BanApps, iGrade, Course Request System

This maintenance will affect MyAccount users’ ability to email themselves passcodes and users will not be able to receive temporary passwords for reset during this maintenance period. We apologize for the inconvenience that this may cause.

Specific information and updates regarding the Banner maintenance will be posted on TechAlerts<techalerts.ucr.edu>. If you experience any disruption in services beyond the maintenance window, have any concerns, or would like more information please contact ITS directly at (951) 827-IT4U (4848) or by submitting a ticket on ServiceLink<https://ucrsupport.service-now.com/ucr_portal/?id=ucr_home>.
