[CITL] Update to eForms (Sales & Service Fund requests and Golden Tree Modification requests) June 29th 10pm - 12am

Dear CITL Members,
Please be advised of an upcoming update to the Sales & Service Fund Request and Golden Tree Modification Request forms, taking place from 10:00pm – 12:00am on June 29th, 2021.
During the maintenance window campus users should not experience any disruption to the ServiceLink system.
This planned maintenance is required as part of the Genesis project and decommission of old architecture. The maintenance event date and time were selected to ensure minimal potential impact to campus operations and events.
Please note that additional information and training will be provided by the Financial Planning and Analysis department.  Migrating the forms to the ServiceLink production environment is required as preparation for the FP&A communication and training plan.
