Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to present an update on the Communications Work Order System.
Below is the correspondence sent to the Campus System Access Administrators (SAAs).

Subject: [Campus Notice] Communications Work Order System
Dear System Access Administrators,
UCR Information Technology Solutions is pleased to announce a process improvement: Communications Work Order System now available through the UCR ServiceLink portal.
What is it?
The process improvement will start on June 8 at 10PM. Users will be able to submit their Communications Work Order Requests directly through the ServiceLink portal at servicelink.ucr.edu starting Tuesday June 9th.
What value will it bring to my team?
* Requests related to voice and data services are now conveniently located in the central IT service portal so that users can submit and manage support tickets and service requests one place.
* Request types include:
* Add Voice/Data services (including Cisco Jabber Softphones)
* Changes to existing services (Add Voicemail, Name Changes on Phone Displays)
* Disconnect Voice/Data Services
* Move Voice/Data Services
* Request handset cords, patch cords, etc.
Where do I go to submit a request starting June 9?
* Visit servicelink.ucr.edu
* Log in using your UCR NetID credentials
* Select "Request Services & Software" from the top navigation bar
* In the left-hand column under Categories select "Communications Work Order System"
