[CITL] Notice: Upcoming IAM Maintenance Affecting MyAccount

[UCR Information Technology Solutions]

Dear CITL Members, 

Please be advised of upcoming maintenance to campus identity and access
management services affecting MyAccount, taking place from 7:00 PM to 11:59
PM PST today, February 9, 2021.   

During the maintenance window campus users should expect to experience an
error message on MyAccount if attempting to "Manage Mobile Devices," access
"Passcodes," or reset one's MyAccount password. This disruption should only
occur during the maintenance window. No other applications are expected to
experience a disruption affecting normal services.  

This planned maintenance is required to replace an expiring root certificate
for openLDAP. The maintenance event date and time were selected to ensure
minimal potential impact to campus operations and events.
