[CITL] Notice: Upcoming Preventative Maintenance on LDAP Server

Dear CITL Members, 

Please be advised of upcoming preventative maintenance to the Gouda LDAP
Server, taking place from 12 AM to 1 AM on Wednesday, November 25, 2020. 

This server is also known as:

.                     gouda.ucr.edu -> 138.23.226.131

.                     ldap0-mgmt.cis.ucr.edu -> 10.0.0.166

.                     gouda.cis.ucr.edu -> ldap0-mgmt.cis.ucr.edu

Impacted services include MyAccount password API, Banner student
provisioning, UNEX self-service and provisioning, TNS account provisioning,
and IDDB provisioning events such as eForms and Enterprise Directory. These
system owners have been notified. No additional impact is expected and
services should resume as normal after the maintenance window. 

This scheduled maintenance event is a preventative measure to avoid an
unscheduled outage of LDAP/IDDB, which would consequently disrupt all campus
systems that communicate with this server. The maintenance date and time
have been selected to ensure minimal potential impact to campus operations
and events.
