Good morning Estella,

Happy Cesar Chavez Day! I hope you are having a great morning as we celebrate and commemorate the work of our great civil rights leader.

I am sharing the volunteer/externship info flyer with you. Thank you in advance for your support in sharing this with any of your contacts and student organizations/professors.

The externship/internship will afford our students with:
· Letter of recommendation
· Can add this to your Resume
· Local Government Experience
· Electoral experience
· Public speaking development
· Campaign strategizing
· Community engagement
· Direct shadowing of lead organizers

Interested students should sign-up now using the QR code on the flyer. I am also attaching here for your reference.

We have a VOLUNTEER MEET & GREET this SATURDAY, APRIL 2nd at 1pm via ZOOM (zoom link provided upon signing up). This is an opportunity to learn about the externship and meet the candidate.

Main VOLUNTEER/EXTERNSHIP KICK OFF: SATURDAY, APRIL 16th at 11am. Location TBD.
