[Chl2022] School Visit Volunteers Needed

Dear students,

We are looking for volunteers for an upcoming school visit. Specifically we are looking for a couple of students in fraternities or sororities to participate in the student panel. See details below.


School: Para Los Niños Campus Tour

Date: Tuesday, August 9, 2022

Room: HUB 268

Students: 15 Students

Visit Type: Tour and any interaction/engagement with students

Notes:

  *   We would like students to experience both the campus tour and the student panel. If available, we would also like to request a presentation on sororities or fraternities, and a presentation from financial aid.


Visit Agenda: 9:30am-2:30pm

  *   9:30am - Arrive at UCR
  *   9:35am - Check in and walk to room HUB 268
  *   9:45am - 11:00am - Student Panel
  *   11:10am -11:50am - Campus Tour
  *   11:55am - 12:00pm - Group Photo by UCR letters
  *   12:00pm - 2:30p - Lunch (Dining Hall)
  *   2:30p -  Departure
